1. Our Professional Promise

When you book with Izunan, you are guaranteed a premium experience defined by three core pillars:

  • Expert Care: Your vehicle will be treated with the utmost respect and professional detailing care by a trained technician.

  • Package Integrity: Every service included in your selected detailing package will be performed thoroughly. We do not cut corners; we clean them.

  • Premium Materials: We use only high-quality, automotive-grade cleaning products and proven techniques designed to protect your vehicle’s surfaces—from delicate leather to high-gloss clear coats.

2. The “Right the First Time” Policy

We believe in accountability. To ensure you receive exactly what you paid for, we implement a mandatory Post-Service Inspection:

  • The Walk-Through: Once the detailing is complete, our technician will invite you to inspect the vehicle.

  • Immediate Correction: If you notice a missed spot, a streak, or an area that doesn’t meet your expectations, inform the technician immediately.

  • Our Resolve: We will address and correct the issue on the spot, ensuring the work is perfected before any payment is requested or processed.

3. Quality Assurance Period

We understand that sometimes things look different once the sun hits a certain angle.

  • If you discover a significant quality oversight that was reasonably missed during the initial walk-through, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • If the claim is valid, we will schedule a follow-up visit to rectify the specific area of concern at no additional cost to you.

4. Limitations of Guarantee

While we strive for perfection, please note the following professional limitations:

  • Permanent Damage: Our guarantee covers cleaning and restoration, not repair. We cannot “clean away” deep scratches, clear coat failure, or permanent upholstery burns/tears.

  • Environment: Our guarantee for exterior services ends once the vehicle is driven or exposed to outdoor elements (rain, dust, or snow) following the completion of the service.
