By booking with Izunan, you agree to our service guidelines, ensuring a professional, safe, and mutually respectful detailing experience for every client.

Welcome to Izunan Mobile Detailing. By accessing our website, booking our services, or engaging with our staff, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your appointment.

1. Services Provided

Izunan Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile vehicle cleaning, restoration, and detailing services.

  • Service Area: We operate within Calgary and surrounding areas, including Okotoks, Airdrie, High River, Canmore, Strathmore, and Chestermere.

  • Mobile Nature: All services are performed at the customer’s residence, workplace, or a pre-agreed service location. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure we have permission to work at the provided address.

2. Booking and Confirmations

  • Booking Channels: Appointments can be requested via our website booking system, WhatsApp, direct phone calls, or our official social media pages.

  • Confirmation: A booking request does not constitute a guaranteed appointment. Service is only confirmed once you receive a formal confirmation via our automated system or a direct message from Izunan staff.

  • Cancellations: We value your time and ours. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid potential convenience fees.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Starting Rates: Prices listed on our website are base estimates.

  • Variable Factors: Final pricing is subject to change based on vehicle size (e.g., XL SUVs vs. Sedans), interior/exterior condition, extreme contamination (such as excessive pet hair, mold, or biohazards), and any additional add-ons requested on-site.

  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the highest quality finish, we require the following from the customer:

  • Access: Ensure the vehicle is unlocked and keys are available at the start of the appointment.

  • Workspace: Provide a safe, legal parking space with enough room for our detailers to work around the vehicle (e.g., a driveway or wide street).

  • Personal Property: Please remove all personal belongings, electronics, and valuables from the vehicle. Izunan is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle during the cleaning process.

  • Utilities: Unless otherwise specified in your package, the customer must provide access to a functional water source and a standard electrical outlet.

5. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Izunan Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or stop service immediately if:

  • The vehicle’s condition poses a health or safety risk to our staff (e.g., severe mold, sharp debris, or pest infestation).

  • The service location is deemed unsafe or restricted by local bylaws.

  • The customer displays inappropriate, threatening, or disrespectful behavior.

6. Liability and Damage

  • Pre-existing Damage: We perform a vehicle inspection before starting. Izunan is not responsible for pre-existing wear and tear, such as paint chips, cracked leather, or electrical malfunctions unrelated to the detailing process.

  • Limitation of Liability: While we use professional-grade tools and chemicals, our total liability for any claim arising out of our service shall not exceed the total cost of the service provided.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.

Frequently Asked Questions

No, our vans are fully self-contained. We bring our own spot-free water tanks and onboard power generators, meaning we can detail your vehicle or clean your property virtually anywhere.

Alberta weather can be unpredictable! If we cannot complete an exterior detail due to heavy rain or snow, we will gladly reschedule your appointment to the next available clear day at no extra charge. If you have a heated garage or covered area, we can usually proceed as planned.

Not at all. As long as we have access to the vehicle (keys) or the property, you can go about your day. We will text you when we arrive and when the job is flawlessly completed.

We recommend booking at least 3 to 5 days in advance, especially during the busy spring and summer seasons. However, feel free to reach out for last-minute availability—we always try our best to accommodate our clients!
